Nina works from her home-based studio in Tarzana, California, USA.She owns a company called Nina Gabriel Refinement & Style.For many years she worked at several major corporations here in California and in Canada.
Several years ago, Nina decided to establish her own company and studio where she could create art and follow her dreams.
Her interests include Music, Art, Poetry, Design, Philosophy, Numerology, Astrology, Esoteric Astrology, Mythology, Metaphysics, Chinese calligraphy, Kabbalah through The Tree of Life, and many natural therapies such as Aromatherapy, Healing Touch, Reiki, Yoga and many more.
Nina felt connected to nature and its boundless beauty since her childhood. The process of making a thing of beauty through connection with her inner self is the greatest meditation and a gift that she appreciates very much. The ideas and possibilities are endless. Life and nature offer her inspiration and feelings that provide basis for many of her works.
Nina’s art represents many philosophies, combining her deep interest in different cultures, beliefs, art, design, music and many other forms of expression.
To produce art is the most satisfying experience for her and she would like to share the results of her work with as many people as possible thus spreading her spirit and message far and wide. Her art has contributed enormously to her own spiritual growth, at the same time testing her patience, persistence and will.
It is Nina’s sincere wish that her art brings peace, happiness and joy to anyone that appreciates it. She also hopes that it will bring forth many positive feelings such as love, faith, hope, confidence and truly all the good that art has to offer.
In 2005 she participated in the Fifth International Biennale of Contemporary Art Exhibit, which took place in Fortezza da Basso in Florence, Italy www.florencebiennale.org
Collage/Assemblage “Music of my Soul” along with her short Biography is printed in International Biennale of Contemporary Art 2005 catalog. Nina also received a diploma from the City of Florence for participation in Biennale exhibit. In November 2005 two of her collages “Destiny” and “Beauty” were exhibited at 2nd International Collage Exhibition in Vilnius, Lithuania, www.arts.it
November/2005, “Destiny” was printed in the catalog pertaining to the exhibit.
Nina has also been awarded with Editor’s Choice Award for Outstanding Achievement in Poetry, by International Library of Poetry, where one of her poems “Soul Flames” is published in the Yearly book of Poetry/2005 – “A Surrender to the Moon” and recorded onto Creative Poetic Expressions Soundtrack of Poetry with music.
In 2005 she became a Founding Laureate Member of International Society of Poets.
After completing her training in Reiki, Nina was awarded a Certificate for Reiki Master in November 2005.
In August 2006 she became a member of World Poets Society – A Literary Organization for Contemporary Poets from all around the World. (W.P.S.)

In 2006 she was nominated and became a member of “Who’s Who Art Club International” where she was granted two pages which present her Bio and two artwork illustrations and a review with appraisals of three of her artworks: Treasures of The Sea, Music of My Soul and Metamorphosis # 2. The Catalog issued in November 2006 for the year 2007. Nina’s signature as an accredited artist is deposited in International signatures bank in Switzerland.
February 2006 Svenska Konstgalleriet, in Stockholm, Sweden, will exhibit six of her collages.

In September 2006 Nina started working on a World Peace Project, creating numerous artworks and other designer products. Additionally she is establishing contacts with UNESCO for World Peace and Oprah’s Angel Network for mutual collaboration serving World Peace. Portion of all sales of artworks and products will be going towards this project.
In November 2006 Nina became a member of The International Museum of Collage, Assemblage and Construction – www.CollageMuseum.com where she donated “Center of Bangua” collage for exhibition at the museum.
